The decisions nobody has time to make

Machine Speed

The show

Engineering got faster. Attackers got faster. Now it's security's move.

Developers are shipping AI-written code at volumes no review process was built for, adversaries are launching automatic attacks that used to take weeks, and security sits between them being pulled onto the same clock. Some of it now has to move at machine speed, and nobody agrees on which parts, least of all inside the same company, where engineering, operations and security each want something different.

Machine Speed is about where that line gets drawn and how people found it. Each episode is one leader on something they actually tried: the place where speed stopped being optional, the pilot they rolled back, the argument they had to win first. A show about the decisions nobody has time to make, made by people who are still working them out.

Season one is in production. Episodes will publish every two weeks on Apple Podcasts, Spotify and YouTube.
